Switchboard Links

All of the links provided in BAM promotions are routed through the Switchboard product. This allows for capturing meta data and providing detailed tracking information on placement and user behavior.

Custom Domains

By default, all BAM promos use links with the domain switchboard.actionnetwork.com

Custom domains are supported in order to provide a smoother user experience and make security easier for BAM partners.

To set up a custom domain, you will want to create a new CNAME record with your DNS provider. Please contact us to start the provisioning process so that we may provide you with the details to complete the setup on your DNS provider.
